How to create custom Library Tabs in big picture mode for windows? (similar to how it is possible on the steam deck using Decky loader)

I already know it is possible to do so on the steam deck using the TabMaster plugin for decky loader, and while decky loader is available to be installed on windows, their site it may cause issues as it was not intended to be installed on anything other than the steam deck. so are there any native solutions or does steam itself support this feature and it's hidden somewhere.
