What is causing this ring on the bottom screen?

Now it might be a little hard to see, and I may be making too much of a deal of it, but there’s this ring that is almost always visible in the middle of the bottom screen. I just got this console cause of the top IPS panel but this defect(?) on the bottom one is really annoying me.

I guess it really isnt so bad and Ill get used to it, but still I was wondering if anybody know the reason behind it and maybe even how to fix it (without obviously replace the whole screen)
