bought this cartridge, seems defective

i bought it on amazon, all reviews are good- has about 208 games and is a top seller on amazon..i tested the sd card on my computer and i can see every game, but putting it in the cartridge and into the 3ds just says this- also the name of the cartridge is spongebob for some reason. In the product description it says you should just put it in and it works- but it doesn’t for me.
