I own an Xbox One Series S. I was checking the Xbox store and I saw some old games I played as a kid but i’m not sure if i’ll be able to play them on my Xbox One Series S if I do buy them. I’m making this post because i’m looking for an answer

There’s no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. It’s either an Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S.
To answer your question those 360 games will play on either.
