Hi everyone. I've been having problems with my 3DS. At first, the console would turn on, but the screen stay black. After many hours, I followed a guide and was able to fix it; however, I'm still having problems. Every now and then, the console displays this error: it says the SD card hasn't been detected. After this happens, the console restarts and reads it. This happened to me twice today. I remember when I first started having the problem I mentioned, it began like this: showing that SD card error on the screen, then turning on, and then the screen going black. I need advice on what could be causing this message. The microSD card is new, but the microSD-to-SD adapter isn't. I'll buy a new one tomorrow to see if that's the issue. Could the console's card reader be malfunctioning? I'm reading your replies carefully.

btw, the SD card is supposed to be properly formatted (FAT32), and the files seem to be fine too.

Could be some damage in the sd card slot, shine a light into it and see if any pins are bent. Also try cleaning it and the adapters contacts with some ipa.
