I'll be honest: I was looking for an Ayn Thor, but I realized it was just pure consumerism and that what I really wanted was to play 3DS games on it. I already have a Steam Deck for everything else.
I remember a few years ago I bought an original 3DS from a mom for $30! I didn't pay much attention to it, but these past few weeks I've been testing it out a lot and it's fantastic. I'm even tempted to buy a New 3DS XL, although I don't know if it's worth it with the used market prices.
In short, I'm very happy and impressed with this console in 2026. It's amazing.
PS: Super Mario Land 3D is a fantastic game!
