I'm in a family of 5, so we all got a 3ds in like 2011-2012.
The XL was given to me by a friend in like 2023 because it kept shitting down. The issue is the wifi chip (crashes when booting up unless I quickly deactivate the wifi via the slider). He never asked it back and I forgot I had it in a drawer until around a year ago.
3ds to the left was mine. I broke the charger port and used it's joystick as a donor.
3ds in the middle was my sister's; I use it and installed cfw around 5-6 years ago. (it also survived being thrown in a pile of snow)
3ds on the right is my sibling's. We all thought it was dead for years, but it randomly resurrected when I plugged it in around 2 years ago.
In 2 months, I will receive my ayn Thor☺️, which will not replace my 3ds. I am simply in love with the 3ds clamshell layout💙
