Are the pins supposed to look like this? And how can I fix it

So I had this 200 games in one cartridge I got off Amazon early in my owning a 3Ds, and tried to put it in my 3Ds, however the cartridge had this bit of plastic that was loose and it got jammed in the cartridge reader. I was throughly panicking at that point and all the things I looked up just said to pry the cartridge out of the reader (looking back those were for legit cartridges, not ones that were significantly structurally different and damaged to boot) and so I did. In relief and still slight panic I went to put in my copy of majoras mask to test if it was working properly and lo and behold that got stuck as well. i looked inside the reader with some light a few times but I never knew what it was supposed to look like so I could never figure out what exactly was the problem. It wasn’t until recently that I looked and finally found a picture or two and realized that the prongs have been yanked up and are touching the side of the reader.
is this something I have to replace? Is there a possibility of pushing the pins back into place? Is my copy of Majoras mask now fucked up?
