I literally bought this brand new from Walmart 2 hours ago and after going through like 3 software updates it refuses to connect. Yes, I tried the airplane mode reset, ive reset both my ps5 and portal like 4 times. Even logged in and out multiple times and it just wont connect. Why did Sony make such a pile of dogshit??
Returning this garbage tomorrow.
