I want my 3DS to have the gold star on black background pattern and “Happy Time” theme but it keeps saying there’s bug where my console location settings are different from my eshop settings, but it won’t let me get into eshop to fix it.

There’s also this part on the bottom that sticks out from the console itself. Anyone know if fix for both of these?
