Og steam machine help

Hi we found an old steam machine and trying to revive it.
We are running into issues.

Doesn't boot into bios
Doesn't desplay
And fans start ok then stop and beep

Any help would be appreciated

Remove Ram and try again

Check GPU communication with the Motherboard. There were some changes recently apparently. After I updated display port firmware to my 1060, my case fans stopped turning off randomly due to failed POST
