Bluetooth Transmitter/Adapter

I need one that I can plug into my series x controller so I can connect to my Bluetooth headphones which aren't supported by xbox.
I've heard of skull&co's one but need other recommendations.

(Also what is the difference between transmitters and adapters i need help 🥀)
