Looks like reviews are now rolling in after final map played over the weekend. They going to be very positive overall, the game is fantastic.

I swear game journalists act like every new thing they play is the second coming of Christ.

it really is incredible, I haven’t had this much fun in a shooter in ages, bungie cooked hard with this

It’s hard to justify the price of entry as a solo player that wants to try it and might bounce totally off it. Hopefully there will eventually be a free weekend.

I hope it does well for Bungies sake I want more Destiny! But personally I’m not a PvP guy anymore it bores me

If it was this good it would have been trending everywhere.

I hope they arrange free weekends for ppl to try the game. No way I will pull the trigger rn. I would also love to experience a free weekend with my friends so we could see if we like it as a group.

To me, 75 hours is not an insignificant investment of time. What worries me is my experience with Destiny, its sense of FOMO, and how many hours you were excited to play (per day) to remain competitive.

I havent been addicted to online multiplayer since Halo.. Is it likely I will like Marathon?

Yep and it’s not for casuals but people that like Destiny grind will find the gameplay compelling. They just have to give it 10 hours at minimum.
