I have been attempting to contact support all day. I am only greeted with the message try again later. Tried at 10am nothing, tried at 3pm nothing. Tried at 7pm nothing. Is this a billion dollar company or not?
    Been waiting for a whole hour only to ask is the agent coming to be told try again for the 7th time.

      Most likely they have outsourced their customer support and after working with couple of BPOs, I can confirm that they don’t give a shit about customer issues- be it any domain.
