Not sure the PS5 and tv being flat against the wall with a circulating fan above them is the move. You’re basically just recycling warm air that never has a chance to dissipate. If the fan is blowing downward, it can even fight natural convection (hot air wants to rise), creating turbulence that doesn’t reliably evacuate heat from the tight gaps.
