Beat RE9 in under four hours to get the Speed Demon trophy and infinite ammo!

Technically you don’t unlock infinite ammo outright for beating the game in under four hours. You just get enough challenge points to be able to unlock it. I also did the Minimalist (no using the blood collector) and Never Touch the Stuff (no using healing items) challenges to get even more CP’s
