My New 3Ds XL won’t turn on

I discovered my 3Ds in my room after years of not using it, when I tried to turn it on, it didnt and sometimes it did but freezed like 5 seconds later on the menu. Ive been doing some research and going to get an analisis of it but they literally didn’t know what the issue is.
