Well yeah they put the ultimate edition on sale but never give the true fans who bought the game day 1 a sale for the season pass. It’s bullshit and as a fan of borderlands series I won’t touch the dlc or buy the future games despite enjoying borderlands 4

Tried playing today after a long break from the game and my backpack was full even if I sold weapons and put them in the bank. Nope, still can’t pick up weapons without swapping the equipped one. Wtf.

Borderlands 4 feels like the biggest nothing-burger compared to the rest of the series. Like I distinctly remember all the other games in the series and playing them for months or even years afterwards.
Borderlands 4 feels like it was several years ago and it’s insane to look back and realize it’s only been like 6 months. Just wasn’t a memorable game.

I’ve played every borderlands with friends as they came out and I’ve never seen a game come and pass by with such little fanfare. It feels like nobody is even playing it at all.

Dude I swear Borderlands is one of the most “product of its time” franchises out there. Those first two games where so culturally impactful and yet everything after them never reached the same heights and has become a “who cares” series.

I knew this game was doomed when Randy Pitchford said “Real fans WILL pay $80 for Borderlands 4!” Yeah, turns out fan aren’t even paying $30.

Its crazy how good Borderlands 3 DLC was man. The art direction in Guns, Love, and Tentacles was insane.
And it just seems like they are dropping the ball again and again.
