If you just keep your home clean this sort of thing won’t happen.
So the friendly reminder should be to regularly dust around your console then you will not need to take your system apart to clean it.

I went nine years without cleaning mine and when I finally opened it, it was UNIVERSES cleaner than this. Where do you live mate, a bloody landfill!

It’s funny because i hadn’t clean mine until two years ago. There is less dust than I expected. Perks of cleaning the house with tile floors I guess.

That’s not even close to being the worst I’ve ever seen, but still bad.
Worst I had was a ps4 Pro with build up so bad I just grabbed a pair of tweezers and pulled away a 10-15mm thick layer of dust and lint.
The buddy I was cleaning it for swore blind they dust regularly.

Nah my console made a pact with the dust gods and if I remove even a speck the seal will be broken and the console will not work anymore due to the symbiosis being severed.
