I don’t really know much about game consoles so idk how to fix, or what any of these issues mean. And I have been trying to play my tomodachi life game, but every time I try to open it, I get stuck on this screen.. is there anything I can do to fix this?? Please help meeeeeeeeee😭😭

I think I can help,
1. Is your console modded
2. When you go in the settings, on the top screen what is the last letter at the end of the region
3. Do you know what region the game is (europe/US)
