That’s your Lilly meter. Do enough side quests for her and if it reaches 100% before a certain point in the story/plot, she’ll ask something and if you follow through with her request, it has potential to change the ending of the game.

Lilly affinity. :Spoilers ahead: when you do side quests it raises and based on this meter you get to go to Eidos 9. Which gives you different ending. Lilly’s ending is different based on this.
