Its been a week since ive gotten and got to play this 2ds as my main console and I love alot of things about it also have a bit of criticisms about its design.

Pros: The different and unique special addition consoles are absolutely stunning and each design is fun and beautiful, I love its sleek look and very light weight it makes traveling with the console alot more convenient and overall just feels more classy. The large screens are super nice specifically the top being sort of recessed in just makes it more appealing. I love the addition of the cartridge cover. Overall it feels more comfortable to play and hold for longer periods and for quick sessions in my car.

Cons: Some of the placements like the speakers, cameras. and volume are a bit questionable. The top screen does have a noticeable wobble that I know is vital for the hinge but becuse its less top heavy than the other models you notice it more. The hinge also worries me about how the console will wear over time.

Overall im in love and im super happy I invested in one as my main 3DS console. Its sleek feel, its classy look and overrall light weight makes the console a great choice for work and travel. While there are weird things about it like the overall cheaper feel and weird placements for things that keep it from being my fave 3ds model as a whole.

    1. That’s probably my favorite 2DS edition by far. It’s probably the most stylish limited edition that doesn’t look too overdone. It’s super subtle in its design and I love it!

Any reason you decided not to get a plastic shell case for it, or just a preference thing!

(I actually learned about this model from your last post and bought one of my own 😂. Should be arriving this coming week! Cost probably way too much, but it looks worth it)
