Hello. My 3DS XL’s mods are not working and i’m concerned??

So basically, i got the Luma3DS configuration thing like usual and i started my 3ds normally. And suddenly, i get a message that says “Cannot detect what’s in the SD card” and my 3DS doesnt look modded at all???
