Well, I've been seeing images like these on Pinterest. Can we make our Steam profiles look like this, or are these images created by a graphic designer or something like that?
If they're real, I'd appreciate a tutorial.

They are real. All you need is to apply a transparent theme from either Dying Light 2 Stay Human game profile or Steam Deck exclusive game profile, and just find matching background, pfp, artwork, etc.
