Alright friends, I’m in a fortunate position where we are buying a new home and I’m looking for suggestions for the office build out. This is as close as I can get to the what seems like a great idea, tell me what’s missing and what’s wrong. Looking for ideas or improvements.
I work from home, game, play guitar in this space. So hours in this room tend to be 8-12 a day easy. Wife is amazing and fully on board.

Add a theater system with atmos speakers on the ceiling
General layouts that support cable and wiring changes as technology advances. Rack systems for hardware. Lighting that can adjust from comfortable to task. Storage space for items not in use. Durable flooring.
