I am at my LGS holding a 3ds I am interested in, but I cannot access the downloadable/sd card content.
When I click ’Download Play’, nothing comes up as downloadable. I cannot manage the SD card because when I click ‘Data Management’, the option to manage the SD card doesn’t pop up.
Please help me, I am not technically able to figure it out on my own, and all I want to do on this 3ds is transfer Pokémon. Please and thank you!

I don’t rlly understand what you want to do but if you want to acess the files of your sd card you gotta use a pc or an app like FBI or Hombrew (only possible on modded consoles)
Btw, download play is not for that, download play is for when your friend has a game so he shares it with you so you both can play together on one game (You have to be close)
