Photo of how the connectors look with the case and without, as well as the battery itself to show it isn't bloated. I just wanted to replace my broken circle stick and this is how my 3DS thanks me đ
No parts are broken or anything, and when I physically hold the battery against the connectors while resting it against the circuit board the 3DS turns on just fine, but once I try to put the case back on the power isn't connecting for some reason. I even tried sticking some scrap rubber behind the connectors in case they were just sliding too far back, but it still didn't work. Does literally anybody here have suggestions or ideas????
worst case scenario I guess I could cut a hole in the case and just electrical tape the battery in place but I'd really rather not do that lol

Those pins came out you can look at the legs that itâs suppose to be inside and not coming out like that, you can use your finger or a tweezer and put it back in and the battery terminal should register the battery again.
Those gold pins need to be pushed in, they shouldn’t be hanging like that. If they can’t then you’ll need a new battery board. But they should be able to be pushed back in
