It’s been since 2019 I’ve been trying to find answers ab what capture card this is… help?

I bought this new 3Ds in 2019 and have been trying for years to find out what capture card it is, and if I need a serial number for it and what I can do if I do need it. Any videos, forums, confirmation, will be super helpful please🙏
