These discs seem to be a little dirty and I was wondering if there's a safe way to clean it. One seems to have fingerprints and the other has dust like smears all over. Oh and also, one's horizon, can you guess the other game?

    1. Microfiber cloth. How does it get so dirty? Not one of my discs have fingerprints on the bottom side. Gotta be careful how you handle them.

    2. i used to go to blockbuster… no bs they’d fix laser burnt discs now i buy digital 🤣

    3. Jesus Christ how do your discs get so dirty? I don’t remember the last time I’ve needed to clean a disk tbh

    4. The only time I have to do it is occasionally when I get a finger print covered one off of eBay. You just want a microfibre cloth and Wipe gently from the middle to the outside.

Aye if you care for them properly, you’ll never have to clean them. Don’t think I’ve cleaned a disc since I stopped loaning to friends back during ps1.

You just stop being incompetent and careless. Blu-rays should never need cleaning if they’re stored normally.

DVDs were prone to laser scratches and you could use a disc cleaner. If you use any kind of abrasive on a Blu-Ray, you’ll destroy it.

Only thing you can use for a Blu-Ray is a microfiber cloth. But the fact you need to clean it in the first place means you fucked up by being an idiot.

In the old days, it was Isopropyl Alcohol and a microfiber cloth.
Nowadays I purchase a cleaning solution for Blu-ray disks and a microfiber cloth.

    8. A microfiber cloth moved in small circles over the affected areas. Finger print oil ain’t coming off, but at least it’s also not going to do much damage to it.

I am guessing you just bought these and they’re messed up? I assume you handle your own games better 😀
