Since the screen tearing in my last video is pretty noticeable, I experimented with the settings and found that Balanced Mode with 60Hz setting and V-sync on is the way to go. I think it forces 30fps on a mode that is made for 40fps, giving more headroom for the V-sync to properly work.

I play on balanced – vsync off. Yes it gives a little bit of screen tearing, but with vsync on i get a lot of input lag (jump when i press the button vs jump when i let go the button) The screen tearing annoys me less than the input lag.
The game looks WAY better since the patches, especially performance mode which was pretty gross Day One.
