I need your help on pairing my Wii U gamepad with the Wii U. I'm having the issue for a long time that my Gamepad has disconnected itself from my Wii U. When I try to reconnect it and press the sync button on the console two times, this error pops up. It says something like " An error has occured. Please turn of the Wii U console and try again after . When the issue is not fixed contact Konsumersupport". Restarting the Console does not help. This screen first occured about two years ago and since I'm not able to fix it. I am able to pair Wii remotes and Controllers but because the Gamepad is needed to enter the Settings i cannot even reset it to factory settings or save my game data on an SD card. What can I do to fix this issue?
