That is the normal color of the background for settings. If you’re looking for yellowing you’ll have to look at a lighter or white screen.

That’s what the startup screen looks like. However, it looks like there may be a small amount of yellowing in the top right corner but I could be wrong. When I got my 3ds it had yellowing in the same spot
