Hello, I just got second-hand 2ds and I have to press buttons really hard to work it. other than that, 2ds is fine.
Could you please guide me on how to fix this issue? Also, it came with unofficial stylus, end is bit out of shape, couldn't fit, if you know better one please tell me. Thank you for reading this.

Not an expert but I assume you’re gonna have to get replacement buttons and change them out for that, you should probably watch like a 2ds button change guide though
they’re probably just dirty. open up the console and clean the buttons along with the button membrane.
If I remember correctly, the ABXY buttons were membrane ones similar to the DS Lite. You can replace the membrane or try cleaning them with a q-tip/cotton swab and some isopropyl alcohol.
