Last I got reported was someone accused me of cheating, I sent them a screenshot of the end of game scorecard and a heart emoji. That’s it, no other interaction. They reported it as p*rn or something and now I will never use the chat system again. You can’t even escalate or refute it as there is no human to review it.

Did your friend report you as a joke? I don’t understand how you don’t know who did it. In general don’t message anything to people you don’t know or who thinks reporting is funny.

This happened to me and my buddy just joking with each other about f1 and sending memes in a closed private chat. The comments were removed in real time and blew both of our minds. Nothing remotely inappropriate and jad been doing that for a long time at that point
