That’s a good question and I’ve woender the same thing before.
I assume in this case it’s 80 thumbs up and 20 thumbs down or something like that.

Take a guess. The guide has 200 likes, but the dislikes that you cant see are still there. So if it has say 50 dislikes, that would mean, its rated 80% or roughly 4 stars.

From what I’ve observed you need a minimum of 25 positive ratings to get 4 stars and a minimum of 150 positive ratings to get 5 stars.
Negative ratings seem to drag that down and you’d need additional positive ratings to cancel out that effect.
However the exact details behind how it is worked out is unknown.
