Looking to buy a 3DS. I’m between the OG and the New 3DS for the small size. I haven’t been able to find many good options for the New 3DS that are under like $250, and most of those options have pretty long shipping times. Is it really worth the extra ~$150 and longer waiting times for the New 3DS, or should I just go with the OG? What do y’all think? Thanks.

It depends what games you want to play
My favorite thing about the new 3ds is the improved 3d, both make me kinda sick after a while but I much prefer the new one. Theres more ram and the c stick, but it depends on the game. Like on monster hunter, it’s a game changer, but for something like Pokémon it doesn’t matter. Me personally, I don’t think it’s worth 150 more, but it’s up to you
I’ve had the og 3DS since it launched and I like it but I think in terms of best tech and calibration the new 3DS xl is good
