I really want to enjoy in this platform but i cant buy any game because its not available in my region… Then how can i get any Borderlands game? should a friend from another region send to me as a gift?
Could activate if you could find non-locked keys for the others though.

Apart from 1 ([non-enhanced](https://steamdb.info/sub/919687/info/)) and 2 ([ROW](https://steamdb.info/sub/919689/info/)), it looks like all store packages on Steam are restricted in Venezuela so can’t be gifted on Steam.
