Picture is super blurry but I usually put a piece of painters tape( the blue tape ) around the screw holes, and slowly push, then twist off the screw and they come out without being stripped. Good luck to you!

Should work just fine, just look that the screwdriver sits tight and go slowly so you don’t strip them
