I would buy a used PlayStation 4 slim open it up and replace it with that.. honestly it doesn’t look like the cables are cut put some electrical tape around it and see how it works out. No I’m wrong after looking at it closer it does look like one of the connections was severed, but I would do what I first suggested.

Not fatal. You could potentially play like this but personally I wouldn’t risk it.
You can get replacement 4 pin cables online to fix it.

I don’t know much about wires, but I don’t think you hit any actual wires. just the cable jacket. tho me personally I wouldn’t give it a go. try to find a replacement cable somewhere
