I've been wanting to stream some Yokai Watch on Twitch but i can't put my 2DS's IP adress into SnickerStream because it's all 0's even though i'm connected to the internet. Anytime i get into the settings it just says "Activated" but all functions with internet work fine, browser and the other stuff all works.

That’s the network settings, not information about your connection. You can see the IP in apps like FBI or Homebrew Launcher.
