Go check your store preference settings, make sure ” General Mature Content ” is enable that is on by default, if you turn it off that be why it not showing.

To be clear these are only setting enable by default:
*General Mature Content
*Frequent Violence or Gore
*Some Nudity or Sexual Content
The other two settings are off by default has nothing to do with red dead redemption, witcher, cyberpunk, or etc…
*Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content
*Adult Only Sexual Content
