Products in Account says 79 in the Reviews sections but 83 in the All Games section. Hidden games and demos don't seem to change the number. If the Half-Life Deathmatches don't count (do they?) because they are tired to Half-Life 2 that still leaves two in the All Games section.

Free games maybe? They count in your all games playtime number but maybe not in your products in account number since they arent paid?
I think it has to do with limited games and free games that don’t count towards games that are owned like in the first image. I could be wrong but that was my understanding.
Quick google search will solve your problem.
