Found a NN3DSLL for 210$ on eBay, it looks to be in good condition, the seller mentioned that the shell has been replaced and hasn’t been used much since then, other than that I don’t see very many issues with the device, no yellowing or too many scratches either.
I’d like to know your input since I’ve never even touched a 3DS other than the original.
Should I buy it?

2 things. 1) there is some slight yellowing noticable in the edges ( maybe thats just me so if you dont see it, ignore it) and 2) the power button looks like its more ”inside” than usual which means it wasnt properly placed during the re-shell. Thats all, besides that looks perfect which is expected since its re-shelled.
