(New to this sub so sorry if I chose the wrong tag)
Last year I got a PS5 along with a copy of Spider-Man: Miles Morales. It advertised that it also included a download of Spider-Man: Remastered. I've played both and completed both. I went to replay Spider-Man: Remastered again and I'm being told that I need a subscription to PlayStation plus?? Why can't I have access to and play the game I paid for?

It probably came with the regular version, not the remastered version.
You can check your library or purchased list and force it from there?
Check your game collection.
It should be in your games library
Click the 3 dots on the side, and look for your version.
