Nu-uh.
You’re missing Re;Verse and Operation Racoon City (from the currently available on steam Resident Evil games that is).
Whether they can be considered RE game is questionable though,
Hopefully we’ll get some modern ports of Code Veronica, Survivor, Dead Aim, both Outbreak games and Umbrella/Darkside Chronicles one day.
