The top screen on my original model 3ds has power and is backlit, but has no picture. When I boot the console in safe mode, the top screen will turn on to attempt system updates, but otherwise, no dice. I tried opening it up to check some common troubleshoots, but found out that a couple of the screws are stripped and I can't get into it, so I'm unable to resolve any issues. I tried looking for repair places near me (Austin-San Antonio area), but haven't had luck, so I'm asking if anyone knows of anything!
