Two Pro Controllers I got for Christmas came in these boxes and I think they are fake. Are they?

My mother told me that Walmart will change the packaging for products, but I believe she was lying because I can’t find anything on the internet about that. It’s also worth mentioning that I cannot find a Nintendo logo on either of the controllers. It’s also worth mentioning that I’m pretty sure these were both limited edition and aren’t sold by Nintendo anymore. Would I be able to get my money back?
