I am a total novice. My husband I I have an xbox one that we rarely use but I decided to get hogwarts legacy.
I downloaded the game. Did the story intro and then got the message about needing the latest patch.
When I go into the game it says there’s a service outage.
But the speed and connection looks good.
On the system update, I checked for the last update but it doesn’t ever load anything, it’s just “checking”.
Last update in Feb this year but it also says update failed.
Any advise would be gratefully received, we’re at a bit of a loss.
