Purchased this back from Best Buy in March of 2023 and probably around the 20th charge, it doesn’t go past this “critical” level. I tried different cables, different ports, different controllers, updating controllers, desyncing controllers, cleaning with 99% isopropyl alcohol on every contact and so on with no success. The charging animation appears, but thats it, the battery life remains the same. I understand these weren’t meant to last forever, but less than 4 months is unacceptable and ridiculous. Im past the return date so I cant even do that, plus I cant find my receipt anyway. I’ve read some reviews on Best Buys website with a lot of people having the same issue. Is there a way to fix this? Any much more reliable rechargeable batteries i should buy instead of MICROSOFTS OFFICIAL PRODUCT? Thank you.
