I’m not really sure how to explain this but I I posted a video. Controller was unpaid/repaired. Controller settings are set to default. Console was turned off on back on. I’ve lived with it for a bit but it’s really annoying and Idek what to search asides from sensitive controller which of course doesn’t help. It’s fine in game. Just sensitive on the Home Screen.
